The location was quite convenient for walking to major attractions. The staff provided helpful directions. Breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning. The room was clean and well kept.
There were quite a few stairs to navigate before reaching the elevator. This posed a challenge with luggage. The elevator was small, so multiple trips were required. Street noise was noticeable at times. Earplugs might be useful. Some of the furnishings showed signs of wear.

friendly staff great location good breakfast helpful service
i found the staff friendly. the location is great. breakfast was good. i appreciated they held our bags until my next stop was available. monti was fantastic too.
the stairs were many to climb but it didn't bother me much.

Excellent Stay near Ponte Vecchio
convenient location helpful staff good breakfast
The hotel sits just a three-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio. I found the staff and owner were very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a very good selection of foods and beverages. I would certainly stay here again.
I had to climb many stairs to reach the lift. I think the hotel should highlight this point .
