mixed feelings about this stay
small room jammed lock
i got a room not like the photos it seemed smaller and darker. the bathroom door lock often jammed it was quite annoying. i think they need to check those rooms more carefully because it felt a bit neglected

great location elegant interior modern design
the hotel location is great. it is close to via de' tornabuoni where designer stores are. piazza republica is also just a short walk away. the room interior design is very classy. the hotel has an elegant but modern feel. the breakfast buffet was alright.
the coffee machine did not work properly for milk foam. i also missed a la carte eggs.

great location helpful staff free upgrade
the location was great for walking to attractions and restaurants. the staff was super helpful and friendly. They gave excellent recommendations. i even received a free upgrade, a lovely surprise!
the air conditioning made a slight noise even on the low setting.

convenient location comfortable room clean room
The location was awesome. It was a short walk from the main shopping area. parking was available for €30, which the staff arranged. the room design was well done. it was comfortable and clean. i found this very convenient.
i did notice some noise from above my room.

the staff was helpful with parking arrangements in the ztl zone. they assisted with last-minute reservations, showing responsiveness. the team ensured the room was cleaned daily and the mini-bar was restocked efficiently.

Acceptable Stay at Riverside Hotel
varied breakfast friendly staff small room stuck lock
The breakfast was very varied. It had plenty of options for anyone. The staff was attentive and friendly. They was always ready to help.
The room seemed much smaller than showed on photos. it was dark. The bathroom door lock got stuck. Me and my partner ended up getting locked in.
