The staff explained all local amenities I needed. They provided a map and marked several recommended restaurants. The room included a refrigerator and also a sink. The air conditioning had temperature control to 16°.

The parking access involved strict hours, SO inconvenient.

I received a city map with highlighted attractions. The location could not be more central. Staff booked a taxi for me. They stored my luggage before check-in. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It made moving luggage easy.

The bathroom was located outside of the room, requiring a short walk down the hall at night. It required a key.
