charming stay near ponte vecchio
nice lounge family room beautiful views
i appreciated the lounge area. it was a nice spot to relax after exploring. family style rooms offered good privacy. the rooftop restaurant had beautiful views, and the food was some of the best we tried. great value too.
The hotel corridors felt a bit worn. I noticed the carpet could use replacing. the rooftop terrace could also use some fresh paint. it looked a little tired.

The hotel boasts an ideal location near the iconic bridge. Staff members were helpful and offered quick assistance.
The room had some maintenance issues. The air conditioning made loud noises throughout the night. The breakfast buffet lacked variety. I noticed the same items were offered each day.
