Hotel Rosa is in the historic center of San Marino, open since 1965. The hotel is next to the old town walls, below the first of the three landmark towers. A secondary exit gives direct access to the footpath linking San Marino's three towers. The Billi family has run the hotel since 1965. Guests can explore the Romagna hinterland.

All guestrooms include premium bedding and air conditioning, plus free Wi-Fi and safes. Rooms have satellite TV with Italian and foreign channels. Rooms include a telephone, minibar, safe, radio, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Room 207, a junior suite, has two patios. Two other rooms have small patios at the back of the building. Specify bed preference when booking. Rooms include parquet floors.

A generous breakfast buffet includes sweet and savory products. Items include homemade cakes, donuts, cookies, cereal, toast, cold cuts, cheese, and eggs. A good range of gluten-free products are available, including muesli and soya milk. The hotel bar includes a selection of local wines. The hotel has shared areas with a covered terrace by the bar, a small indoor lounge and bar area, and another shared terrace on the second floor with loungers and sofas in summer.
Location and Access
Hotel Rosa is in a quiet location on a side street in the highest part of San Marino's historic center. The hotel is next to the old town walls. Shuttles are provided from the bus station in the lower part of town, which connects with trains at Rimini 15 miles away. Nearby landmarks include Passo delle Streghe (0.3 km), Public Palace (1.5 km), and Museo Delle Cere (1.5 km).
Parking and Services
Hotel Rosa is the only hotel with private parking in the historic center of San Marino. There is private parking for €10 a night in the basement garage or open-air covered parking area. Communicate your vehicle registration number at least two days before arrival. The hotel's private parking is available from check-in to check-out. Visitors must collect a paper pass at the hotel's reception desk to transit within the Historic Centre. There is a selection of games and toys as well as playing cards.
