efficient staff super clean room varied selection
i found the staff very helpful and efficient upon arrival. My room was well kept and super clean during my entire stay. the breakfast selection was varied, offering many fresh options daily.
i noticed the gym equipment was limited , but it was adequate for basic workouts.

a honeymoon night to remember
rose petals seamless transport lovely appetizers many choices
my love and i celebrated our honeymoon here before our cruise and the hotel created such a romantic atmosphere. upon arrival, our room featured delicate rose petals scattered across the bed with a loving note! the staff communicated with me through what'sapp from california and arranged seamless transport to the port, wonderful. the welcome drink party had lovely appetizers and breakfast offered so many choices. i wish i had booked more nights!
the air conditioning panel was difficult to understand, resulting in some initial discomfort before a fan was provided.

the room was spacious and included a wide bed that could easily accommodate several people. the bathroom featured modern fixtures and ample space for toiletries. everything was super clean.

the hotel is very close to the city center and a short walk to shops and restaurants. it is near the mar museum and one of the unesco sites, a bonus for exploring the area! the hotel is also convenient to the train station.
