Central Location with a View

ideal location parking area plentiful breakfast

i found the location ideal. i could easily walk to the train station. the hotel provides a parking area, a valuable amenity arriving by car. the breakfast selection was plentiful, with good coffee, which i definitely enjoyed.

nobody advised me about it before my check in. it was difficult to rest or even have a conversation.

The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. the staff assisted me in preparing my invoice to find it ready the following morning. This made checking out quicker, which i appreciated.

adequate location, disappointing room

clogging drain musty bathroom

the location was acceptable as it was close to the main attractions.

the room was quite disappointing and not well maintained. the shower drain kept clogging, inconvenient, and the bathroom seemed musty. i also noticed the sink made noise long after it was used.

The hotel location IS very convenient. It sits right in the centre, close to everything I wanted to see. The breakfast was good, and I found it varied. I also liked the air conditioning. It kept the room comfortably cool, and the Wi-Fi worked WELL.

The bar remained closed during my entire stay. I also found the rooms QUITE small and old. The balcony lacked any furnishings, so I could not sit outside. The shower proved difficult to use. It felt small, and I noticed low water PRESSURE.

the location really helped. it was central to everything, a real plus. the staff were also very helpful. the room was clean and a great size. the cool air conditioning definitely helped, it was hot.

the shower was tiny, it could be bigger.

the location is close to many attractions. restaurants and bars are within a five minute walk. the hotel is a short walk from piazza maggiore too. the location is definitely a highlight.
