The staff was accommodating from arrival to departure. Everything felt seamless. i found the provided valet parking quite convenient. the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i particularly enjoyed the cocktails at the bar, prepared by a knowledgeable barman.

i noticed they charged a small fee for adding cheese to the breakfast omelette. this detail seemed somewhat incongruous with the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

the hotel location is good for exploring the city center, this i can admit.

i really can't say my room was as good. the air conditioning was not working properly and the room was stuffy, it made sleeping difficult. the bathroom was quite small, and the shower drain was clogged, this caused some flooding.

Really good service and prime location

room upgrade linen bedsheets convenient location

I received a room upgrade to a grand beautiful room. I found a booklet during the turndown service, which contained information about the city's history. The bedsheets felt great. They were made from linen. The location was very convenient (close to many historic sites).

The hotel is very hot. Even with the heating off, the room was still too warm. I opened the windows, but then the noise was bad.
