Fantastic Central Stay!

My room was amazing. It featured ancient frescoes and historical artifacts. The multiple views of the cathedral across the street were excellent (I took so many pictures!). The hotel also stored our luggage after checkout. This allowed us to enjoy lunch without our bags.
I found the lobby staff weren't always friendly and we had to find our room ourselves.

The hotel is centrally located very close to main tourist sites. It faces the left side of Chiesa Saint Petroni. Piazza Maggiore is also steps away. Many restaurants are conveniently nearby.

The location was AMAZING. It was in the middle of everything. Breakfast had so many options and it tasted great. I especially liked the fresh pastries they offered EVERY morning.
The gym was pretty small. It only had a few machines and limited free weights. I also noticed the air conditioning wasn't working optimally. The room temperature was a bit warmer than I prefer. NO one told me the cost of parking beforehand, the amount was a SIGNIFICANT surprise.

The location was excellent right in the city center the breakfast was also good
I had issues with the room temperature the air conditioning did not seem to work well I could not open the window because of street noise This made it very difficult to sleep I also found there was a charge for water bottles in the room something I would expect to be complimentary

The location proved very convenient near the basilica. The room had a good size and comfortable bed. Breakfast included individual cappuccinos.
The front desk staff could have been a bit more cute. We noticed they rarely smiled at guests.
