surprisingly lovely stay
friendly staff room upgrade varied breakfast large shower
the staff were friendly and helpful i was given a room upgrade from a single to a double with a balcony the breakfast had plenty of choices suiting all tastes the bathroom had a very large shower which i appreciated
the balcony chairs were metal and not particularly comfortable for longer periods of sitting

solid stay with good value
varied breakfast clean room
i found the breakfast delicious and varied. the hotel was very clean. rooms have a hairdryer, shampoo, gel, towels, and a little fridge. this fridge proved useful for snacks and fresh water. the balcony was big with nice views of the mountains.
the balcony seating was like cafeteria metal chairs. it was not comfortable. walls were thin. my neighbours came back late and interrupted my sleep because they talked very loud.

staff are helpful. they offered us a room to leave suitcases with a shower and toilet. this allowed us to stay after checkout. there is also a little gym. it has the basics for training.

the location was acceptable, not too far from some shops.
i was disappointed with the small lifts (only two available). this meant long waits, especially around mealtimes. i often used the stairs instead.

The hotel was indeed clean and looked well-kept. Staff members operated efficiently and seemed eager to help. I found commendable value for the price considering the offerings. The bar area also provided a comfortable space for relaxation.
The parking facilities were rather limited. The parking places seemed small, accommodating few vehicles given the hotel's size. This limitation caused some inconvenience .

the pool was beautiful with enough loungers for everyone.
