I booked through a third party and did not receive complimentary water. There was also a strange, unadvertised charge for room service. Apparently, this is normal in Italy, though I have never encountered it before, perhaps I am unlucky, perhaps I was uninformed.

i found the staff kind. laura and alisa at reception gave great advice. the bed and linen were high quality and i liked the bathroom. it had a fabulous shower.

the breakfast options lacked variety. taxis were easier to get from the hotel than the other way around.
