non-functional air conditioningold furnishings
The air conditioning was not functional when I arrived. I received only a small electric fan to try to cool the room. Furnishings appear old, the bathroom seemed more recently updated. This discrepancy was disappointing.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. location is PERFECT just one block from the piazza maggiore! WE Appreciated the air-conditioning! the solid breakfast included bacon and eggs.
the room felt old, and the carpet was old.
