special location good breakfast old air conditioning stuck drain
the location was special. i also found the breakfast choices quite good with much to choose from.
My room's air conditioning was super old and not very effective. It was difficult to adjust. the shower drain seemed stuck, a small problem.

I loved the hotel's excellent location. It was super central! the friendly staff quickly arranged a taxi for my early flight, convenient. i also appreciated being able to leave my luggage all day after checking out (until 10 pm).
the decor is somewhat dated, needing a bit of an update.

the hotel's central location makes it easy to reach many sights. i found i could easily walk to piazza maggiore in less than five minutes. there are several breakfast spots right across the street.

I found the staff friendly and efficient. They checked me in super quick! the room i got was large. That was such a welcome surprise! the shower was pretty good, though maybe not ideal if you're really tall. what a stay!
the cinema being right under the hotel was not great! it made resting during the day difficult, and i struggled to sleep at night, disappointing

friendly staff fresh sheet towel change dull room dirty window water stain
The staff were friendly and cute. fresh sheets and towels were changed regularly, i appreciated that. breakfast was good each morning. It had a decent variety.
My room was a bit dull, it needed some art to make it more homey. the window was very dirty, i could barely see through it. the wood around it had water stains. This was not ideal.

non-functional air conditioning old furnishings
The air conditioning was not functional when I arrived. I received only a small electric fan to try to cool the room. Furnishings appear old, the bathroom seemed more recently updated. This discrepancy was disappointing.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. location is PERFECT just one block from the piazza maggiore! WE Appreciated the air-conditioning! the solid breakfast included bacon and eggs.
the room felt old, and the carpet was old.
