the breakfast includes many food choices and fresh orange juice was available. the hotel offers plenty of parking spaces and i could leave my car to go into the city by bus.

the air conditioning only goes down to 19 degrees, so it was too warm to sleep.

Acceptable Stay, Issues with the Room

ineffective air conditioningunhelpful staff

I encountered a couple of issues . The air conditioning in my room was not effective. It struggled to cool the space adequately, made sleeping uncomfortable. I also found the staff at reception unhelpful when I enquired about it. there were insects in the room upon arrival. I had to resolve the situation myself. The hotel should improve pest control and ensure the rooms are properly cooled.
