clean room spacious design attentive staff

the room was impeccably clean. it was also spacious and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. everything i needed was already in the room, and the staff quickly provided extra needs upon request.

The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could occasionally hear some noise from the hallway.

my room was ready early it worked well for me. the room was clean the bed was comfortable. i had to check out before breakfast to catch my flight the staff offered to-go bags with breakfast to grab when i checked out. i appreciated the extra effort to.

my superior double room offered ample space and daily cleaning. the breakfast had a very good selection. the adjustable AC in the room was a plus. the room not facing the main street was quiet.

The bathroom had a tub that didn't work. The drain was closed. when showering, the bath filled. the staff offered to remove the broken drain cover. this meant the bathtub could not function as designed.

warm room boring breakfast

location near train station was fine, i can say that.

the air conditioning dont worked well, the room get really warm. i asked at the reception to fix it, but nothing changed , made sleeping difficult and i was frustrated. also, the breakfast was boring and not much variety and not tasty.

A SUPER Stay!

convenient location excellent service good variety

I found the location very convenient near the train station. The staff provided excellent service. They were helpful with directions and recommendations. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and tasty options. The room was clean, and I really appreciated the efficient layout.

I think the lighting in the room could have been improved, especially near the desk area. It was a little dim for working, and I would have liked a brighter option.

The hotel is very close to the main train station, a HUGE plus for travellers with luggage. Many cafes and bakeries sit nearby. Transportation is easily accessible with many bus stops and taxi stands. It is easy to walk to the main historic centre.

My room included comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The bathroom featured complimentary toiletries, and the housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably. The air conditioning worked REALLY well, necessary.

The breakfast offered a wide array of croissants, cheeses, and salami. Fresh fruit and cakes also supplemented a hearty meal. The breakfast staff always seemed available and ready to help with any needs. I appreciate this attention to detail.
