waterfront attraction convenient parking fresh atmosphere
The hotel location offered immediate access to waterfront attractions. I found parking convenient and easily accessible near the entrance. The updated restaurant and reception areas presented a fresh atmosphere. The staff was professional attending to requests efficiently.
The tea making facilities in the room were located in an awkward position. Plugging the kettle in required reaching behind the television. This arrangement proved inconvenient .

great location free parking hot room uncomfortable bed
the location is quite convenient. i found free parking available (which is always a plus).
my room was too hot. also, the bed was not very comfortable (i could feel the springs).

helpful staff great service protruding springs rude receptionist
the staff were friendly and helpful. the food in the restaurant was great and generally the service was excellent too. i found people helpful, even though each member of the staff seemed to have multiple jobs.
the bed literally had springs protruding through the mattress cover. i was not able to sleep for the two nights i was there. it was unacceptable.. the receptionist was rude on arrival.

tea coffee mirror plug small room extra bed
my room had tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer with a plug next to the mirror were available. the bedroom facilities were good and modern. it was also very clean.
the family room cost a lot and it was a very small attic room. there was not an extra bed, and there was no space to fit an extra bed in it either.
