The restaurant at Forss House is the only 2 AA Rosette restaurant in Caithness. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 9:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 10:00. Dinner is served daily from 18:00 to 20:30 (with seasonal variations). The restaurant offers a tasting menu. Sample dishes include Scrabster-landed scallops, beetroot carpaccio, braised ox cheek, and filo meuille feuille. The bar is open from 15:00 to 23:00, serving a selection of Scotland's whiskies.
