excellent highland stay
fresh fruit generous portions
I found the staff friendly! dinner was delicious, and the generous portions were amazing. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection at breakfast. The brewed coffee was also great. ample free parking added convenience to my visit.
the room felt a bit outdated. the bathroom fixtures need replacement. this impacted my stay only slightly.

friendly staff great selection excellent food quality
The staff was genuinely friendly and very helpful . Breakfast offered a great selection, including fresh fruit and hot items. The bar meals and general food quality were excellent. I especially enjoyed the steak night.
The hotel could use some modernization, as it appears a little worn in some areas.

The staff provided excellent service, and they were very accommodating and cute to all guests. The team worked efficiently to ensure everyone's needs were met promptly and effectively. They were AMAZING!!!

i found the breakfast selection ample and satisfying it had many options. the staff seemed very courteous . i found plenty of space for parking my car at any time.

cozy stay, great food!
friendly staff excellent burger dog treats
i stayed one night. the staff was friendly. i really enjoyed the burger from the castletown restaurant! it was excellent. breakfast had great coffee, just how i like it. the best touch was dog treats and a bowl in our room for mara.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms around 1 am, a bit difficult to sleep soundly.

The room was clean, warm, and comfy, with a nice-sized en-suite bathroom. It provided everything needed for a pleasant overnight stay. The size was good. I had enough space.

The restaurant was first class, i thought. dinner prices were very reasonable, and i did not need to go elsewhere. breakfast was self-serve, so it was all you can eat. This.
