I asked for a different room because the first one had a strange smell. The staff accommodated my request. My room included a mini bar. The pool area created a relaxing vibe.
The bathroom door made a slight sound when opened and closed.

breakfast offered good variety and i appreciated the size of breakfast. There's a great place, paulus, for italian cuisine in santa eulália. it is very near to the location and easily accesible, it has a good menu too.

helpful staff convenient location room balcony fresh fruit
the staff was helpful, and i found the location convenient for exploring. my room had a balcony. the breakfast provided a selection of fresh fruit. everything felt clean. though the bed was comfortable, i noticed some wear on the furniture.
The pool area seemed smaller than it looked in the photos. And the noise from the nearby road was noticeable.

the exterior appears well maintained. i observed easy access to the pool area from various points in the hotel. the hotel provided bathrobes, a nice touch for convenience after swimming.

the staff members were respectful, and they were always ready to assist with any requests. i needed something printed and they were quick to help! they also provided information about local attractions and transportation options.
