equipped kitchen massive balcony washing machine fresh towels

the hotel is close to many restaurants. the room included a fully equipped kitchen. i appreciated having a massive balcony. it was great to have a washing machine in the apartment. towels were provided upon request .

the pool had limited sun-beds.

The apartment was very spacious. it included a large kitchen with the amenities i needed! the living area contained two big sofas and tables. My grandson loved the chair swing.

The communication was poor, i felt. they did not reply to my messages or answer my calls once i booked. It was difficult to contact the hotel until arrival. even for a one-night stay, i needed to pay a €250 deposit by card only, returned after five working days.

the staff were very helpful and always polite. the apartment was clean and spacious. the facilities in the apartment were great and everything worked fine. the terrace was clean, i highly recommend this accommodation.

the sofa bed is not the best.

The pool area was fantastic! i loved the spacious apartment. It had everything i needed for a relaxing time. the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile (.. ).

The air conditioning in my room leaked quite a bit, so i had to keep it off. kitchen supplies were minimal. I wished there was more available. i also noticed the walls looked a bit grubby, disappointing.
