i thought the staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape with comfortable sunbeds. breakfast had a lot of options with fresh fruit, pastries, and good coffee.

i noticed that finding nearby parking was sometimes difficult, but taxis stopped right in front of the entrance.

the hotel benefits from a good central situation, near many points of interest. the area features pretty little streets, easily accessible for exploration. it is a very convenient base.

automated check-indangerous door

the automated check-in was completely rubbish. i don't get the point of having staff THERE if I still have to do it myself. it was slow AND asked for all kinds of unnecessary information. also, the door to the non-existent balcony almost sent me tumbling into the courtyard.

The automated check-in was a nightmare. i don't understand why there are two receptionists if you have to do it yourself. it took forever because the machine asks for unnecessary information. It would have been faster if they just did it. plus, the design has some impractical elements like bedside tables with open holes for dirt and a dangerous balcony door that opens onto a courtyard with only a half-height glass panel. it was also quite windy, and the balcony door whistled annoyingly.

the hotel location felt perfect. it was near to the train station. breakfast has nice coffee and tasty food. the double bed felt huge. i liked it

the pool area felt small. it seemed packed so i couldnt use it, i felt frustrated. the room seemed a bit basic for the price. it was like i expected more of a premium room, it wasn't great.
