helpful staff spacious flats useful laundromat

i found the facilities wonderful. there were spacious one bedroom flats available. the staff were very polite and happy to accommodate my requests. there was also a laundromat facility downstairs.

i noticed that the sun loungers and tables needed more frequent cleaning.

An Okay Stay. Issues Need Addressing

The breakfast was decent with adequate choices.

The room's air conditioning was poor, it barely worked at all. The location on a hill made access difficult. This is important for anyone with a buggy or wheelchair. Check-in happened quite late, and rooms were not ready earlier than the stated time.

The hotel is conveniently located. It allows a quick walk to both the town center and the nearby beaches. I appreciated the excellent breakfast that included lots of choices for everyone. The room was nice for my stay.

I sometimes detected a strange smell from the bathroom. This required me to keep the door shut at all times. Management was aware of it but the smell persisted.

great staff excellent view clean apartment central location

The staff are kind. All staff helped us check in quickly. Our flat had a great view of the pool from the balcony. It was spacious and clean. The air con worked well too. The location is great and a short walk to town.

Our living room tv did not work . We did wish breakfast started earlier.

tender moments near the sea

enchanting location spacious room short walk

the hotel's location was enchanting near several beaches and the heart of town. the rooms felt very spacious and cute. i also appreciated the proximity to a nearby grocery store, just a short walk away though the walk back to the room was a bit of a maze, but nothing to complain about.

I did notice that the air conditioning in the room wasn't functioning properly. It needs some assistance. this made the room slightly uncomfortable during warmer times. hopefully, they can fix it. It was a small thing in an otherwise lovely setting.

lovely staff fantastic facilities large gym sun loungers

i found the staff were consistently lovely and helpful! the hotel boasts fantastic facilities. there is a large gym and two pools . i also noticed plenty of sun loungers for relaxation.

i noted the hotel is located on a hill so accessibility could be challenging for those with buggies.
