this place really leans into that ferrari theme i guess which is fine if you're super into it. i found it a bit much like living in a gift shop. also the air conditioning was a real problem it wasn't working properly and made sleeping pretty difficult a working ac unit would have been nice.

The apartment was spacious. It easily accommodated my family for our stay. The staff at reception offered professional service. The room size was generous, similar to an apartment. The location provided easy access to main roads for Modena trips.

One key card for our group did present a small challenge. it did not detract significantly from the overall quality. Beds were not terribly comfortable.

i found my stay to be quite positive. the location is excellent for visiting the ferrari museum. i was thrilled to see ferrari themes throughout, even an f1 car in the lobby!!! the breakfast provided was of good quality.

i had some issues . the air conditioning was not working and the room became very hot. my room faced the roundabout and it was quite noisy. the acoustics in the room were not great and i found the sinks made noise throughout the night.

This hotel offered a great family room. it featured two separate bedrooms. kitchen facilities were also available and very useful. bathroom facilities were perfect for two adults and three children. We appreciated the spaciousness.

one key card was given for four people! this made for challenges when we needed to split up. it was a minor inconvenience though
