the location was amazing. it was just steps away from the duomo and piazza san giovanni. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. my room was cleaned daily, i didn't even request it.
the room i got was nothing like the pictures i saw online. it was very DARK, and it faced an interior shaft in the building. i saw cigarettes everywhere on the roofing directly below, unpleasant.
