The hotel provided complimentary parking. I found this very convenient! the provided toiletries like shampoo and body wash were a nice touch. the staff were attentive and readily available. the location was accessible to local attractions too.
the bed mattress felt overly worn. i experienced some back pain after sleeping on it. replacement is needed!

Wonderful Hotel Experience
friendly staff room upgrade superb location
The staff was friendly and cute. I was really surprised by the complimentary room upgrade I received. The hotel's location was superb. It was convenient to get everywhere I needed to go.
I noticed the walls were quite thin. I could hear the people in the next room. It was a minor inconvenience, but better soundproofing would definitely improve the stay.

There is ample parking available, accommodating many vehicles and reducing any worry about securing a spot. A nice garden area sits out back and it provides a tranquil space to relax or unwind after a busy day, it was lovely.

The staff were very helpful. They offered assistance with directions and recommendations for local attractions. They were always attentive and ready to address any questions or concerns I had. The response time was fantastic, though the parking was expensive!

The room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard a lot of street noise. I found some hairs in the bathroom. The cleaning was not thorough.
