a very elegant stay

i found the hotel's hospitality great. the location allowed easy access to various attractions. the rooftop bar provided great views, and the drinks were well-prepared. the room was clean, and i appreciated the twice-daily housekeeping service.
The gym equipment seemed a bit dated. Some machines could benefit from an update.

Staff members were very attentive and polite. They assisted with luggage promptly and provided helpful directions. i also noticed that the reception desk was staffed 24/7, always ready to assist with inquiries. turndown service included fresh towels and chocolates.

the room included a king-sized bed, a seating area, and a work desk. climate control was effective and easily adjustable and the minibar was stocked with a selection of beverages and snacks. blackout curtains ensured a dark sleep environment.

The staff was helpful. I found nice amenities in the room. A grocery store was conveniently close BY. Pleasant surroundings completed my stay.
The room was not cleaned fully on two of my three days. The locker did not work and the sink faucet was broken BUT still functional. I noticed a bad smell coming from the toilet sometimes.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of food types.
I booked two rooms with friends. The reception staff got on my nerves. They were cold and detached. The staff informed our friends they would receive an upgrade. This separated our group and was not nice.
