strong wifi comfortable room excellent location

I like the location, it is across from the Cathedral. My room was comfortable. the WiFi signal was strong. The air conditioning worked well, so I could set a comfortable temperature.

The hotel bar was noisy some evenings.

The location is convenient to major attractions. The staff members are helpful and carry sunny smiles! I appreciated the modern rooms and bathrooms, so clean! Front desk manager Rogerio gave us personal recommendations and spent time doing it.

I did find very little place in front to temporarily park a car.

charming stay close to everything

convenient location easy walk simple exploration

i stayed here for a few nights and found the location convenient. the proximity to sao bento station greatly simplified my arrival and departure. the easy walk to the riverfront made exploring various restaurants and attractions simple. i was also able to effortlessly access bus tour pick-up points.

I found the room lighting a bit dim. It made reading in the evening slightly challenging.

The reception staff was cute. they offered useful recommendations for local restaurants. I really appreciated their insights. the breakfast host was attentive. i felt welcomed.

The lobby has a cheerful vibe. a welcome drink coupon was provided. It gave me a chance to try local beverages. a special pastel de nata treat was also a pleasant surprise, we loved it!
