The hotel is in the heart of the city, so it was easy to reach many attractions. the staff were cute. They offered a pastel da nata during check-in. i also received chocolates and a bottle of port when i arrived.

the gym and pool were good. but the pool area isn't ideal for sunbathing because it's more of a seating area.

The gym had suitable equipment. The location was central, close to the areas I wanted to see. Staff members were friendly. I also appreciated the lobby. It had a pleasant scent.

The room lacked proper air circulation. I had to open and close the window during the night to control the temperature. This impacted my sleep quality. The HVAC system seemed insufficient for the room.
