The inn is in a peaceful location in the countryside. the room i had featured a spacious layout, alongside cleanliness. breakfast stood out with excellent taste and variety. the staff displayed friendliness.

I noticed the bar closed earlier than expected one evening. This was a bit irritating as i had not received prior notice.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Our evening meal was excellent, and the Butcombe Ale is well looked after. Clean , spacious, and comfortable rooms had easy access by car to Worcester and surroundings.

I found that the steps leading up to the rooms were full of weeds and overgrown. The rooms were very tired and clearly well used. Both rooms had an odour that was not at all pleasant.

the room was beautiful and clean. bathroom fixtures were of an excellent standard. live music played outside when we arrived, it was an added bonus. the staff was lovely and helpful.

i found the bar closed early on the second night. we returned to find all facilities closed around 7.15 pm. i found this very irritating.
