The Edgbaston Boutique Hotel provides adults-only accommodations. Each air-conditioned double room includes a private bathroom with a bath, shower, hairdryer and bathrobes. Room 3, at the front of the property, features a large writing desk and an oversized mirror over a separate dressing table. Ironing facilities and an electric kettle are also provided.

The Edgbaston Hotel includes a restaurant and a bar. The Cellar Bar hosts private parties for up to 55 guests and serves an informal bar menu influenced by European and British cuisine, with dishes designed for sharing. The Edgbaston offers Afternoon Tea (Wednesday to Sunday), a bar food menu, cocktails, wines, champagnes, spirits, bottled craft beers, and Asahi Japanese Premium Lager on draft. There are bar snacks such as Katsu popcorn chicken, crispy fries with truffle mayonnaise, and meat, cheese, or vegetarian sharing boards. All cocktails are made using premium liquors and fresh ingredients. A freshly cooked breakfast includes sausage, bacon, a choice of eggs, beans, grilled tomato and sourdough toast. Award-winning Afternoon Tea is served in the cocktail lounges from noon until 5 PM, starting at £25 per person, including sandwiches, sweet treats, and scones with jam and Cornish clotted cream.

The Edgbaston Cocktail Lounge features a stylish, Art Deco interior of jet-black and gold. The three cocktail lounges offer a collection of spirits in the UK. Guests can enjoy some old favorites and new creative cocktails. There is also a collection of wines, beers, spirits, and twelve different champagnes, most of which are available by the glass.
