The hotel provides complimentary parking. A significant advantage! I also appreciated the kitchenette in my room equipped with a microwave, sink, and kettle. The location is excellent, near the Zoo and the Black Country Museum. Staff members were polite and helpful throughout my visit.

a mixed experience at this hotel

dusty carpetbroken unit

the room was not as clean as i expected. carpets, walls, and the bed base had marks and were dusty. a shelf unit was broken, and its repair looked poor. noise from other rooms was noticeable, especially when plumbing was used.

I found great little kitchen appliances in the room. Good lighting was available and the shower worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They promptly fixed issues and provided items like irons. I could also conveniently buy coffee downstairs.

I noticed the corridor carpet was badly stained upon arrival. This detracted from the initial impression, but the room itself was acceptable.

The kitchenette was excellent. I found everything I needed for simple meals. The staff was friendly and helpful. It. The location was very convenient. It allowed easy access to local attractions.

The room was not as clean as I hoped. I noticed some marks on the carpets and walls. The noise from surrounding rooms was sometimes disruptive. I could hear plumbing noises. The corridor outside was undergoing decorating. There was a strong solvent smell.
