i found the staff helpful and friendly.. magda at reception, graham in the function room, and the cleaning ladies were all wonderful. the atmosphere was relaxed, allowing ample time between courses. we enjoyed tasty, well-presented food, including twice-cooked pork, pulled beef brisket, and lamb.

The front desk staff always do their best to help. they are friendly and helpful. my room was lovely, with a four poster bed. The bathroom was really nice also. food in the restaurant was excellent. All staff were polite and helpful.

the location provided a quiet setting, away from main roads. it had an easy commute to nearby attractions. guest parking was ample and clearly marked, i found navigation to be simple.

i found the staff helpful and friendly . nothing was too much bother. i enjoyed my evening meal in the pub area, and i was allowed to have my dog there too. there were plenty of places on the grounds to walk him, a real plus.
I found that the allocated parking spaces for disabled guests were limited. There were only two spaces unfortunately. this could present an issue during busier periods. more accessible spaces would certainly improve the experience.

the restaurant provided an excellent sunday lunch with a good choice of food and fair prices. i had pork, and it included lovely crackling, vegetables, and a large yorkshire pudding. the breakfast service now seems more efficient than before.

the hotel is very easy to find. the car park was large with easy parking. there are plenty of places in the grounds to walk a dog. the grounds play to its marketing as a wedding venue with carefully trimmed lawns.
