noise insulation television malfunction

the noise insulation was inadequate. i could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances from the adjacent room. this lack of soundproofing made it difficult to relax or concentrate, especially during the evenings. the television did not function upon arrival. this was inconvenient.

I found the beds big and comfy. breakfast was really tasty with many coffee options. the staff cleaned our windshield . parking was good in the garage. I really enjoyed this benefit.

The staff provided really good service. the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty and fresh options. I particularly enjoyed the pastries. the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable environment. its location offers convenient access to various attractions.

I found the limited capacity of the rooftop pool and deck area a bit disappointing given the favorable weather. It could get crowded easily.

The breakfast was varied. i especially liked the fresh fruit (they even had berries!). the location suited me well. I found it easy to reach the metro.

The rooftop pool area is quite small. There aren't many sunbeds available.

great shower friendly team arrival gifts quality produce

our room was really comfortable, it had plenty of space and a great shower. the team were attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. we received complimentary gifts upon arrival and a bottle of water each day. breakfast offered a delicious and great choice of good quality produce.

the reception staff were slightly unhelpful when we arrived. we booked the hotel expecting on-site parking. staff explained that parking was full and suggested parking around the corner but some people arriving after us were able to park there.
