I found the breakfast options very complete. the staff were attentive. The cleanliness of the premises was perfect.

The temperature of the air conditioning was locked at 19 degrees. this was not ideal as it was quite hot. also, a rack in the bathroom was wonky. I had to put my soap on the floor.

I found the breakfast choices very good. I enjoyed the variety offered each morning. The room itself felt spacious. It included amazing views of the city from the windows.

The customer service team could improve their responsiveness. I feel they could have been more proactive with requests. It took about 30 minutes for them to resolve it on their end.

The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room. The temperature seemed to be locked. the minibar prices felt excessive, especially considering the overall experience. i also found the staff to be somewhat unhelpful with requests.

the shower area was not properly cleaned, i saw red stains in the corners of the shower. the coffee machine in the room didn't work and neither did the television after someone came to fix it. it was frustrating because i expected better cleanliness and functioning amenities.

I woke up one morning to find there was no hot water in the shower. I reported it to the front desk, and they apologized, saying there was no maintenance available AT night.
