A balanced stay

breakfast choices city view spacious room slow responsiveness customer service

I found the breakfast choices very good. I enjoyed the variety offered each morning. The room itself felt spacious. It included amazing views of the city from the windows.

The customer service team could improve their responsiveness. I feel they could have been more proactive with requests. It took about 30 minutes for them to resolve it on their end.

the breakfast options were acceptable.

The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room. The temperature seemed to be locked. the minibar prices felt excessive, especially considering the overall experience. i also found the staff to be somewhat unhelpful with requests.

red stains non-functional coffee machine

the breakfast was good with a lot of options.

the shower area was not properly cleaned, i saw red stains in the corners of the shower. the coffee machine in the room didn't work and neither did the television after someone came to fix it. it was frustrating because i expected better cleanliness and functioning amenities.

Breakfast had a LOT of options. Eggs were cooked to order.

I woke up one morning to find there was no hot water in the shower. I reported it to the front desk, and they apologized, saying there was no maintenance available AT night.

The breakfast buffet included a lot of choice. i found the staff really good and helpful. the hotel's cleanliness was also amazing. It was beautiful.

the hotel location made parking quite challenging, and the parking fees were relatively high.
