broken tvfaulty window

The window in my room did not close properly (great for a chilly evening). The TV antenna was ripped off, so watching anything was out of the question. I told the receptionist immediately, but they seemed too busy counting dust bunnies to care. To top it off, I had to pay for parking. I thought hotels were supposed to be havens, not places that nickel and dime you.

the location was close to the beach. the room had comfortable beds. the staff were helpful and offered useful tips . a special acknowledgement goes to ajeesh and sebastian for their really good care.

the room was hot and had no air conditioning. the ceiling fan was broken adding to the discomfort. the shower's water temperature was unstable going from freezing to scalding making it difficult to use.

The location was amazing as it was close to the beach and shops. The check-in and check-out staff were very helpful and friendly. When I returned my key, the staff even gave me bottles of water I felt welcomed.

I did notice a small stain on the carpet in my room though it was not a big issue.

The hotel provided a very nice breakfast area each morning. It included a selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items like scrambled eggs and sausages. The coffee machine worked perfectly, ensuring a good start to the day with a hot beverage.

The front desk staff was available 24/7 and offered assistance with directions plus local recommendations. They were quick to address any questions I had and always with a cheerful and helpful manner, a great customer experience.

Solid stay at a convenient spot

Location was great. I could walk to everything I wanted. The staff was friendly. They was always ready to help with directions and recommendations. The onsite parking was definitely a plus for me. I did not worry about finding a spot on the street.

The hallways needed some attention. I saw boxes and furniture stacked up. This. I hope they will sort this out soon.

The window in my room didn't seem to seal properly I noticed a slight draught.
