The staff were courteous and efficient I found the food to be good. The bedrooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable providing a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the traditional British decor.

My room decor was dated. It needed a new lick of paint.

The location is perfect for exploring the New Forest I enjoyed the beautiful public areas inside the hotel. I found the terrace and garden to be great places to chill and relax during the day.

accommodating staff spacious accommodations comfortable beds

i celebrated a special occasion here i found the staff very accommodating. the bridal suite featured spacious accommodations including amazing views. the beds offered comfort with clean rooms and tasteful decor i thought it was great.

the breakfast portions seemed small a slight disappointment to an otherwise lovely experience i felt could have been easily rectified with a bit more attention.

broken sash bad impression

the breakfast was very good. there was a great choice of items offered.

The exterior needs some attention and decorating. The car park is also not well kept creating a bad first impression. the gardens also seemed uncared for. the window in my room was broken and we could not get fresh air.

the staff were friendly and the service was attentive. the breakfast had good value with the b&b rate. the public areas inside looked over the terrace. but the bed was amazing.

the exterior needed tidying, the car park looked unkempt. i reminded me of i was a visiting trade instead of a welcomed guest. the gardens felt uncared for.
