The location allowed easy access to many attractions by foot. I enjoyed breakfast each morning with varied food choices. The staff members were helpful from arrival to departure. My room included soundproofing that reduced city noise.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! It had pretty much everything a guest could need. There was a nice selection of fresh fruit. Different breads were also available.

I found that photos did not match the true state of the place. The hotel looks worn out. I noticed an unpleasant old smell in my room.

the breakfast had a nice selection of continental options and full english items. i was upgraded to a superior double room as it was a special occasion. the location was excellent i could see the fortress from my room. the staff were helpful.

plastic flowers were throughout the hotel which i would rather not have at all

the location is in the heart of the city all attractions were easily walkable. i appreciated being close to everything i wanted to see and do i walked everywhere without problems.

weak pressure repetitive choices

I expected more from this place. the bathroom wasn't great. The shower had very weak pressure. also, the breakfast buffet felt very repetitive. it offered the same choices every single day. i found that quite disappointing. it needs more variety.

helpful personnel comfortable room fantastic choice

the front desk personnel seemed knowledgeable and helpful i found the room very comfortable it also had a great location near many attractions. the bar snacks available were excellent the evening meal in the restaurant was very good i thought the breakfast had a fantastic choice. the staff were very helpful from the reception desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast staff they seemed very accommodating gracious and helpful
