slow servicehigh minibar prices

the staff seemed quite stretched , and service lagged behind expectations. a request for extra towels took an unusually long time to fulfill. also , the minibar prices felt excessively high , even for a hotel of this caliber. a small bottle of water cost more than i anticipated , and it left a slightly sour note on what was otherwise a decent experience.
