room upgrade helpful staff
The room upgrade was a wonderful surprise. I was grateful for the extra space. the staff displayed true hospitality and were eager to help with anything i needed. i especially liked the central location, right near major attractions.
The cupboard space was a bit limited. I struggled to fit all my clothes.

top-tier service early taxi stocked minibar complimentary items
the staff provided top-tier service. everyone cared about my experience. a taxi to the airport was arranged by the front desk early in the morning. the minibar was stocked with complimentary items.
the cupboard was slightly small for my belongings although adequate.

The breakfast had a nice selection, which i loved! the porter was charming. Such a great welcome. the hotel location is amazing. Everything is so close!
my room was small. the pillows were also uncomfortable. the room did not get cleaned on two occasions, i hate that.

The breakfast was acceptable. It featured fresh fruit.
The room was not cleaned until after 4pm, despite requesting a morning service. This happened repeatedly . The hotel charges extra to deliver ice, I consider this highly unusual for a hotel that presents itself as five-star (which, frankly, it isn't).
