The room upgrade was a wonderful surprise. I was grateful for the extra space. the staff displayed true hospitality and were eager to help with anything i needed. i especially liked the central location, right near major attractions.
The cupboard space was a bit limited. I struggled to fit all my clothes.

The room was not cleaned until after 4pm, despite requesting a morning service. This happened repeatedly . The hotel charges extra to deliver ice, I consider this highly unusual for a hotel that presents itself as five-star (which, frankly, it isn't).
