“In my opinion, this hotel's location excels, steps away from Mirabell Palace, and I noticed that the included minibar and executive lounge access add a touch of luxury. I noted that returning guests consistently praise the personalized service, which I think reflects a commitment to hospitality. Although some may find the room layouts unconventional, I think the historic building and modern amenities create a distinct experience.”

room cleaning ice charge
The breakfast was acceptable. It featured fresh fruit.
The room was not cleaned until after 4pm, despite requesting a morning service. This happened repeatedly . The hotel charges extra to deliver ice, I consider this highly unusual for a hotel that presents itself as five-star (which, frankly, it isn't).
