the location near the tube was acceptable making it easy to get around
the room was smaller than the pictures showed i found that misleading i also noticed the street outside was very noisy making it hard to sleep the air conditioning unit didn't work either even after i told the front desk multiple times

the hotel is near paddington station. it's a short walk to the tube station. the room had tea and coffee making facilities. a continental breakfast was included. the staff were helpful.
The bed was quite small. It was hot. opening the window was not good due to being on a main road, and the air conditioning was noisy.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they answered questions promptly. the front desk was staffed 24 hours a day. assistance with luggage was offered upon request.

i found female staff a bonus as i travelled with my daughters. the water flow in the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. luggage storage was available. this was very convenient.
the room had very little color. it felt a little bare.
