The staff were very helpful and always had a smile. I liked that it was close to the tube station as , made traveling easier. Free tea and coffee were available and that was a bonus. I also used a desk and it was helpful as I had video calls.
The shower wasn't ideal and had some moisture. I noticed no ventilation system in the bathroom.
