a charming stay near earl's court
friendly attitude tube station
The staff was very lovely and always available. Their friendly attitude. the location near the tube station was a real bonus. it allowed us to explore many amazing locations easily. i especially loved how safe the area felt at night.
the room i stayed in felt somewhat small, it was a minor inconvenience. this made unpacking and moving around a little difficult.

the room offered comfortable beds and clean linen. it also had enough working power sockets in convenient locations. the internet connection was fast and stable for all my devices.

the reception staff displayed a lovely and friendly attitude. they are always willing to assist with directions. they quickly addressed a minor issue with the tv signal, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort.

Nearby there are several great restaurants and cafes. also, there are at least two grocery stores in the immediate area. a larger supermarket is just a short walk away. We loved the options.

Basic Stay with Issues
cold water poor wifi
I found several issues . The sink lacked running water which was inconvenient. The shower only had cold water making it unpleasant to use. The WiFi connection was also poor in the room and kept disconnecting. Only one electrical socket in the room worked. The door didn't fully lock, so I was always worried about safety of my belongings.

Good value and location
helpful staff tube station free coffee
The staff were very helpful and always had a smile. I liked that it was close to the tube station as , made traveling easier. Free tea and coffee were available and that was a bonus. I also used a desk and it was helpful as I had video calls.
The shower wasn't ideal and had some moisture. I noticed no ventilation system in the bathroom.

This accommodation provides complimentary tea and coffee . There are also handy desks available in the rooms and this made working remotely manageable. Wi-Fi is free and its a decent speed.
