The front desk folks are really kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated how friendly they were. The location is pretty good and easy to reach, so that help a lot. The value for money is excellent for this hotel. A private lockable room is a strong benefit.
The remote control for the television did not work. I also notice the wall lights did not work neither.

The hotel had a very central position. The British Museum is just a short walk away from the hotel. There are many different shops and various places for food located nearby, offering guests many options.

Staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions. They were available 24/7 to assist with questions and give recommendations. Luggage storage after checkout was available, which I found very useful.
