charming stay near the station
ample spacemodern bathroomgreat selection
the double room offered ample space and the bathroom was particularly modern. i found the location very convenient with train stations nearby and various shops surrounding the area. the breakfast included a great selection of choices and the staff members were friendly.
the room faced the street and some traffic noise was audible, though it didn't greatly affect my sleep.

the room felt unclean i noticed old toothpaste marks on the sink taps had limescale i also found the lighting poor there were shadows near the wardrobe during the day service workers didn't clean the sink my towels had dark stains too much attention to detail needs improving

the decor seemed a little faded in parts of the hotel. it needs some tlc. the lighting in the room was very dark.

The lighting in my room was DIM , and there was very limited hanging space. The shower controls were VERY stiff. The traffic noise was quite loud since windows are single glazed.

live music in the bar on the night of my arrival was loud. there was not space around the bed to close things. the desk in the room did not have a table lamp.
