Check-in was smooth, and the parking was conveniently close to my room. I appreciate a direct exit to the outside. It bypasses lengthy corridors. My room was cleaned daily, and the grounds were tidy. There were sufficient TV channels for entertainment.

it was easy to find the hotel and i appreciated the ample parking for my large vehicle. the grounds presented a tidy appearance. the room had a pleasant cleanliness, it included a good selection of television channels, and the bathroom offered sufficient space. breakfast had varied choices, including a full english, yogurt, fruit, cereals, toast, cheese, jams, and honey.

the decor was somewhat dated, it gave a slight feeling of being in a simple motel from a bygone era.

the staff were friendly enough, and checking in did not take too long.

I was really disappointed with the room. the desk was damaged, and the brown carpet looked old and dingy. the shower leaked a lot. Asking for it to be fixed only made things worse!!!

The staff were genuinely helpful , they assisted me with directions and local information. i also found convenient parking for my van. It made arrivals and departures smooth. the room cleaning service was daily. This kept everything fresh and orderly for the duration of my stay.

The bathroom had a slight musty smell. It wasn't overpowering but noticeable.

the food was ok , i only had breakfast.

the room smelled badly , and the bathroom floor grout was either dirty or very discoloured. overall , the room was very tired and not pleasant. i have stayed at campanilles in the past and been perfectly happy , so this hotel was a shock , and i will not stay again.
