inconsistent policies and thin PILLOWS

I was told i had to hand over my key every time i left the hotel. WHAT A JOKE. this felt invasive and unnecessary. they said it was "hotel policy" but i saw nothing about this written anywhere, it SUCKED. the pillows were also terribly thin, i need real support!

the hotel is near many services. i found a petrol station, a convenience store, and three fast food restaurants within a short distance. the train station to the city center is about a five minute walk away.

breakfast offered much diversity. every need was catered for. the breakfast was not a buffet, but you select from a menu. juice and coffee were always refilled when requested, which i appreciated.
