Solid stay near central London

clean linen firm mattress polite staff

My single room had a firm mattress and clean bed linen. The towels were also clean (a great start!). I found the bathroom clean, too. This mattered to me most. The staff offered helpful, polite service throughout my stay.

The furniture was a bit tired.

the room had a shower and toilet. parking was limited, however alternative options were available nearby. the staff were very attentive to my needs, offering prompt assistance when requested.

great person great value receptionist issue considerable inconvenience

The reception person showed great professionalism and understanding! My room provided great value.

This was frustrating as I booked this specific location. The receptionist wasn't very helpful in solving this issue. It was a considerable inconvenience.
