Grand Hotel Oriente offers rooms and suites with a classic style. The rooms include air conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, mini-bar, and complimentary WiFi. Suites feature a sitting room and a bedroom. Top-floor rooms and suites command views of the city, the port, Vesuvius, Museo di San Martino, and Castel Sant'Elmo. Bathrooms in the suites include a dressing room with a hot tub, a wall-mounted LCD TV, and a separate shower. Executive Rooms feature either a king bed or twin beds and a shower or bath. Executive Superior Rooms are larger than the Executive rooms and have queen-size beds with the option to add a third bed upon request.

The Hotel's Oriente restaurant is on the second floor. The restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes with ingredients, such as risotto, pasta, and seafood. The wine list includes regional wines. Breakfast is served in the restaurant. The rooftop bar, 'La Terrazza,' is accessible from the lobby. The lounge bar offers live piano music and light refreshments and is open from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
