confusing hallway uninspired breakfast

My room was a bit of a trek, requiring two elevator rides and a confusing hallway maze, was like i was participating in some strange hotel escape room. the breakfast, while included, was rather uninspired. The pastries seemed suspiciously similar each morning, almost like they were mocking my attempts at variety. and the 'fresh' juice tasted suspiciously of concentrate. i also found it odd that the minibar prices were higher than the cost of a decent bottle of wine at a local shop. A bit of a tourist trap if you ask me! we loved the rooftop view. but the limited hours were disappointing, closing far too early to enjoy an evening cocktail.

the hotel location is fantastic it is in the heart of everything. the rooftop terrace offered beautiful views. the staff helped with restaurant recommendations and directions. i felt very welcome and well taken care of .

the wi-fi signal in my room was weak i had trouble staying connected. this made it difficult to stream videos.

Really good Stay

porter services beautiful architecture

The hotel enjoys a position right in the city's most famous street. The building itself is a hidden spot, very private away from noisy crowds. I found the architecture behind the street facade very beautiful. I asked the hotel to arrange porter services, as navigating the streets with luggage presented a challenge.

I observed a minor issue, the entrance is in a pedestrian area. I did have to carry my belongings through narrow streets, and this involved about a 3-4 minute walk. Better signage or assistance could improve this.

The staff were very helpful and friendly when assistance was needed, such as arranging porter services. They readily went out of their way to help. Their kindness created a calm, pleasing atmosphere, ensuring guests felt welcomed and attended to without intrusion. This careful approach defines quality hospitality.
