The breakfast team was helpful. They started our day perfectly. The location is advantageous. We could view hot air balloons from the room, terrace, and open spaces. Tour bookings were accessible through whatsapp during the reservation process, and they were always very responsive.
I noticed the absence of air conditioning in the room. This could pose a problem during hotter periods.

the breakfast provided was well catered. i found it to be very filling and with lots of variety.
The ceiling in my room showed extensive water damage. some parts were even falling down. I attempted to discuss this with the staff, but they just shrugged.

The room i booked was not in a good condition. Specifically, there was mold in the room and it was generally dirty. i complained a few times, but the staff did not resolve the issue. this significantly detracted from my overall experience.
