helpful staff spacious room magical touch

I found the staff very helpful, particularly with local recommendations, and they even upgraded my room. the upgraded room was spacious and came with all necessary amenities for a great stay. i appreciated the excellent vantage point to watch the balloon launch each morning. It added a magical touch to my experience.

the walk into town involved a slightly steep road, requiring a bit of effort.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel breakfast offered many choices and fresh options. The hotel features a beautiful garden , perfect to relax in.

The air conditioning in my room did not work well , resulting in discomfort. The shower flooded the bathroom , with a mess. A plexiglass installation on the floor was sticking out , it caused me to cut my toe.

Really good Stay with Amazing Views

charming stone room lovely balcony helpful staff excellent breakfast

I stayed in a charming stone room with a Lovely balcony. I enjoyed watching the balloons each morning and dramatic sunsets each night. Furnishings were warm. The staff was helpful. The restaurant was steps away. It provided an excellent Turkish breakfast each day. Dinner outdoors let me watch the stars.

The hotel's terraces provide amazing scenery. It is convenient for hiking. The location is near to many restaurants, and all seem to offer quality food options. the parking area can be limited, it gets a little tight.

The staff WAS super friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary upgrade. The breakfast service is excellent, and the views from breakfast are striking. The tour guide, Shams Aliyeva, showed great care ensuring our safety and comfort. She shared fascinating stories.
