excellent stay
friendly staff tasty pancakes beautiful view spacious room
the staff was very friendly. the recommendations they gave were useful. breakfast included tasty pancakes and omelettes cooked on request. the terrace offered a beautiful view of the balloons. the room was spacious. heated breakfast bubbles were available on the terraces. fresh turkish pancakes were delicious. there are four terraces available.
The room was either too warm or too cold. It was hard to regulate the temperature well.

The hotel staff are genuinely dedicated! I appreciated the complimentary lemonade offered upon departure. It was a lovely, thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a good experience with a wide assortment of pastries and freshly baked Turkish pancakes.
The rooftop terrace sometimes opened a bit late because attention was first given to customers who booked the private terrace for instagram photos.

The staff were accommodating. They helped arrange transportation seamlessly and efficiently. The communication was excellent with prompt and helpful responses! Ibrahim showed kindness to every guest.

The hotel staff were attentive and helpful, catering to every need. The breakfast on the terrace offered delicious food with fine views of the landscape.
The parking was a bit far from the hotel, though manageable. It would be more convenient if it were closer.
